Description of Coaching:

Coaching is a partnership between the "Coach" and the "Client" in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires the "Client" to maximize personal and professional potential.  Coaching is designed to facilitate the creation, development, and implementation of the "Client" goals.  "Coach" offers support, encouragement, and accountability for said goals.

What Coaching Is:

Coaching is a comprehensive process that may involve different areas of his/her life, including work, finances, health, relationships, education, and recreation, and agreeing on how to handle these issues, incorporating coaching principles into those areas, and implementing choices is exclusively the "Client "'s responsibility.  "Client" understands that, to enhance the coaching relationship, they agree to communicate honestly, be open to feedback and assistance, and make the time and energy to participate in the coaching program.

What Coaching Is Not:

Coaching does not involve the diagnosis or treatment of mental disorders as defined by the American Psychiatric Association and that coaching is not to be used as a substitute for counseling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, clinical mental health care, substance abuse treatment, or other professional advice by legal, medical or other qualified professionals and that it is the Client's exclusive responsibility to seek such independent professional guidance as needed. Note: If Client is currently under the care of a mental health professional, it is recommended that the Client promptly inform the mental health care provider of the nature and extent of the coaching relationship agreed upon by the Member and the Coach.

"Coach" Role:

While each "Coach" at R3 Revitalize offers a coaching program that includes content, tools, strategies, and guided homework, our team is intentionally diverse in background, education, and professional experience. Regardless of specialty, our primary "Coaching" role is to empower the "Client" through collaborative brainstorming, permission-based knowledge sharing, reflective dialogue, and powerful open-ended questions that encourage deeper thinking. We help clients set realistic goals that foster autonomy, confidence, and long-term self-efficacy. As a marketplace ministry, we also acknowledge that every individual is on a unique spiritual journey and that God is ultimately in control. Our Coaches respect your faith background and will meet you where you are—with honor, dignity, and compassion.

Procedure:

The "Client" agrees to partner with their "Coach", schedule sessions as instructed, and participate in the program to the best of their ability. All sales are final. In the event of emergencies or exceptional circumstances, the client may email [email protected] with written details. Reasonable accommodations or exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Confidentiality:

This coaching relationship, as well as all information (documented or verbal) that the "Client" shares with the "Coach" as part of this relationship, will remain confidential. However, please be aware that the Coach-Client relationship is not considered a legally confidential relationship (like the medical and legal professions), and thus communications are not protected by any legally recognized privilege.  The Coach agrees not to disclose the Client's name as a reference without the Client's prior written consent.  Confidential Information does not include information that:  (a) was in the Coach’s possession prior to its being furnished by the Client; (b) is generally known to the public or in the Client's industry; (c) is obtained by the Coach from a third party, without breach of any obligations to the Client; (d) is independently developed by the Coach without use of or reference to the Client's confidential information; or the Coach is required by statute, lawfully issued subpoena, or by court order to disclose; (f) is disclosed to the Coach and as a result of such disclosure the Coach reasonably believes there to be an imminent or likely risk of danger or harm to the Client or others; and (g) involves illegal activity.  The Client also acknowledges their continuing obligation to raise confidentiality questions or concerns with the Coach promptly.

No Liability:

The "Coach" makes no guarantees, representations, or warranties of any kind or nature, express or implied, with respect to the coaching services negotiated, agreed upon, and rendered.  In no event shall the "Coach" be liable to the "Client" for any indirect, consequential, mental, emotional, spiritual, financial, or physical damages. The "Coach" will act in good faith to listen, communicate, and support the "Client "'s concerns, needs, and escalations.

Entire Agreement:

This document constitutes the entire agreement between the "Coach" and the "Client" and reflects the parties' complete understanding of the subject matter.  This Agreement supersedes all prior written and oral representations.  This Agreement may not be amended, altered, or supplemented except in writing signed by both the "Coach" and the "Client".

Attorneys' Fees | Venue | Governing Law

In the event any suit or other legal proceeding or arbitration is brought for the enforcement of any of the provisions of this Agreement, the parties hereto agree that the prevailing party or parties shall be entitled to recover from the other party or parties upon final judgment on the merits reasonable attorneys' fees (and sales taxes thereon, if any), including attorneys' fees for any appeal, and costs incurred in bringing such suit, proceeding or arbitration. Any litigation instituted by either party of this agreement against the other shall be instituted in Pinellas County, Florida as the sole and proper venue for action arising under this Agreement or action between the parties due to the representation of "Coach" and "Owner" by selected legal counsel. Any construction or interpretation pertaining to the provisions of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
